Invitation letter request
If your embassy requires a letter from the chairperson organizer of the ARTISTE 2025 Conference and/or ARTISTE 2025 Summer School Prof. G. C. Marano, we will provide visa support letters. If you require one, please email the ARTISTE 2025 organization ( artiste@polito.it ).
The following information should be included with your email request:
- Full Name
- Title & Position (e.g. Prof./Dr./Ph.D. Student/PE etc.)
- Affiliation
- Address
- Contacts (Email address)
- Nationality
- Passport Number
- Abstract title & authors list (or indicating the solely ARTISTE 2025 Summer School in-person Attendance)
- Lenght of your planned stay in Italy (in particular indicating if you will attend in-person to Conference only, Summer School only, or both)
In order to obtain a visa letter, you must meet the following criteria:
- Have registered and paid in full the mandatory requested contribution;
- Your abstract must being accepted for presentation to the conference (if you have not still received acceptance email, please notify us while sending the email for the invitation letter request)
- Declaring by email if you will attend or not in-person the ARTISTE 2025 Summer School in Torino, ITALY (this will influence the length of your stay and therefore the invitation letter reported information);
Visas for Italy
The ARTISTE 2025 Conference and ARTISTE 2025 Summer School organisers, as well as Politecnico di Torino DISEG department, cannot contact or intervene with any Embassy or Consulate office abroad on your behalf so please begin your visa application process as soon as you determine that you want to attend the ARTISTE 2025 Conference and/or ARTISTE 2025 Summer School. Please provide as much information as possible to avoid delays in receiving your letter.
You must register and pay in full the mandatory requested contribution for the conference/summer school before requesting and being eligible to be issued of an invitation letter.
