Registration to the conference website

Submissions of MS/SS proposals is performed online via the Conference website.

After completing this pre-registration form to the Conference website, by choosing MS organizer for the user role, you will receive an email to validate your Account. After validation, you will be able to login to your ARTISTE2025 Account.

Note: MS organizer can also submit conference papers later on (follow instruction here), so it is not necessary to register twice with a different role.

Instructions for Minisymposium/Special Session Proposals Submission

Prepare a one-page MS/SS proposal according to the provided template file. Then, Login to your Conference Account and click on the MS/SS Proposals tab. Upload the filled out Word or PDF file of the MS/SS proposal by clicking the Upload button.

To properly finalize the MS/SS Proposals submission you must click on the Update button at the bottom of the page, otherwise your abstract will be not registered. The logged user will receive a confirmation email if the File has been correctly uploaded into the website system.
